Austin real estate is never just one market — and as an Austin real estate agent, I've built my career around understanding the differences that matter.

I've represented buyers and sellers across Austin since 2013, focusing on Central Austin, Lake Austin real estate and waterfront homes, Austin luxury real estate, Austin new construction, and investment property. My approach: understand the numbers, the property, the competition, the neighborhood, and what the client is trying to accomplish. For Austin sellers — where much of my work is focused — that means thoughtful pricing, strong positioning, and a strategy built around what makes a home stand out.

My connection to real estate didn't start with a license — it started in 2000, when I became an investor. Putting my own money at risk taught me to look past the excitement of a property and focus on cash flow, market conditions, downside risk, and long-term value — the same discipline I bring to every listing today.

My international real estate experience includes years as a Project Sales Manager with Concierge Auctions, running multimillion-dollar luxury-property campaigns across the U.S., Hawaii, Canada, and Mexico — waterfront estates, equestrian properties, historic residences, private compounds, even a boutique hotel in Tulum. Before that, I spent years in retail leadership across the West Coast, Canada, Hawaii, and Europe while living in the Netherlands, including evaluating future store locations — a crash course in market fit and what makes one location outperform another a mile away.

I'm also a U.S. Air Force combat veteran who served in Operation Desert Storm. Later, stationed in Germany, I worked closely alongside the German Luftwaffe. That experience, and years living across different countries, taught me to listen carefully, adapt quickly, and communicate clearly with people whose assumptions aren't the same as mine.

I'm analytical and direct, but also curious, caring, and easy to work with. I ask good questions, explain complicated issues clearly, and keep a sense of humor along the way.

I volunteer with the Austin VA and Central Texas Food Bank, organized a job fair for veterans, and founded Bringing Blumen, repurposing gently used floral arrangements for veterans receiving care.

For me, real estate is never only about the property. It's about the life someone is building, the people connected to the decision, and what home means next.
