Since 2013, Scott has represented buyers and sellers throughout Austin, with particular focus on Central Austin, Lake Austin real estate and waterfront homes, Austin luxury real estate, new construction, and investment property. His approach starts with the numbers — pricing, positioning, and what actually makes a home stand out — built on an investor's instinct for risk and long-term value, honed since he first put his own money into real estate in 2000. Scott's perspective was also shaped by years in retail leadership across the U.S., Canada, and Europe, and by his work as a Project Sales Manager with Concierge Auctions on multimillion-dollar luxury campaigns from Hawaii to Mexico. He's also a U.S. Air Force combat veteran who served in Operation Desert Storm.
